Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a Refund and Returns Policy

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  1. We do not accept returns for products that have already been “USED”. Hence, if you already opened the item and are still looking for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, containing 95% or more of the original liquid in the bottle.
  2. If the product has been damaged due to mishandling of couriers during transit/delivery, we will happily offer you either an exchange or refund.
  3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
  4. Within 7 working days after the Vedantam team has approved your return or refund request, the procedure will be complete.
  5. We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return
  6. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products, we can provide a refund
  7. If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund the entire amount.
  8. In the event of a cancellation after your product has been shipped but not delivered, cost of the original courier and payment processing fees for your order will be deducted from your refund.
  9. We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 5 days. The box should not be opened.
